Before you book
I understand that life sometimes moves quickly and even the best laid plans must change, so I want to be clear about the terms and conditions before you book. Once I have received full payment your place is secured. If you did not receive the confirmation email after your payment, check your junk mail. If it is not there, contact me: info@mudpie.com.au.
Please pop your experience into your calendar so you don’t forget that you carved out this precious time for yourself. I do not issue credits or refunds if you do not attend the experience.
Refunds
I do not provide refunds due to changes in your circumstances or availability.
Credits
I can transfer your ticket to another experience, providing you give me 7 or more days’ notice. I can only transfer a ticket once. If the new experience is a higher cost, you will need to pay the difference.
If you can no longer attend an experience and it is less than 7 days away, I have already purchased the materials and it is too late for me to resell your ticket. I encourage you to send a friend or gift someone your ticket to pay it forward.
