Before you book

I understand that life sometimes moves quickly and even the best laid plans must change, so I want to be clear about the terms and conditions before you book. Once I have received your full payment, your place at our table is secured. If you did not receive the confirmation email after your payment, check your junk mail. If it is not there, contact me: info@mudpie.com.au.Pop your experience into your calendar when you book it so you don’t forget that you set out this intention for yourself. I can not issue a credit or refund if you do not attend the experience.

 

Transferring to a different experience

I can transfer your ticket to an alternative experience, providing you give me 7 or more days notice. I can only transfer an experience once. If the new experience is a higher cost, you will need to pay the difference. As a small business, I carefully plan each experience in advance which includes purchasing and preparing all the materials and supplies and securing our space. If you are unable to join us,  encourage you to  gift your ticket to a friend or pay it forward.

 

Refunds

I do not offer refunds.

 

Care Taken

Working with clay is a beautiful and unpredictable process. While every care is taken throughout drying, firing, glazing, and handling, pottery can sometimes crack, warp, or break due to the natural nature of ceramics and kiln firing. By attending experiences, you acknowledge that breakages and imperfections can occur at any stage of the process. Although I will always do my very best to care for each piece, I cannot guarantee the final outcome and am unable to take responsibility for any items damaged or broken during creation, firing, or collection.

 

Photography and Filming

I may photograph or film during experiences for the purposes of promoting future experiences. If you do not wish to be photographed, let me know on the day.
